I feel so lucky to have found Motoroo. The customer service was exceptional, and no words could do a fair job of describing how excellent it was. The car we selected was ready to be driven away in under 02 hours even including arranging the finance facility for us!! All our requests were accommodated since the start of the first conversation with Motoroo and I have never felt this smooth in any transaction before.
As I wanted to drive the car myself, I travelled all the way from one corner of the country to collect the car and Muhammad Yousuf came to pick me up from the train station. The car was mint, and immaculate and I am glad that I found the exact car I wanted in this perfect place. The car was even better than the photos and the description in the advert and also it came with a 03-month free warranty.
Muhammad is a really friendly and genuine person. The tyre repair kit that comes with the car was damaged and I did not even realise it until Muhammad showed me that. He promised that he would courier a new tyre repair kit to me. Honestly, I thought he might forget this. But even after the sale, he kept his promise and sent me a tyre repair kit to my address. That was another extra mile he drove for us. I cannot recommend this enough and hope to do business with them again in future.

I have nothing bad to say about this great dealership. They were so helpful and friendly without being pushy. Unlike other car dealers. Was made to feel at ease as soon as we got there. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The car I bought is immaculate with such low mileage it's like a new car! Over my lifetime I've purchased many cars for my family's use. My first experience with Motoroo was the most efficient and professional I have ever known. From first contact by telephone, until visiting Motoroo in Essex for a test drive, I was so impressed with their customer care, the quality and price of the vehicle I bought. I helped my brother to buy his first car in Uk. After Reading the reviews I chose to come to Motoroo all the way from Guildford. Honestly I'm very pleased that I chose them. The car had some battery problem as it was supposed to be changed but we needed the car immediately so Mr Mohammed team, especially Ahamad was exceptionally helpful. Plus the day when we got the car they escorted us to the petrol station just to make sure we where not going to have any problem to restart the car. So I would say it was a 5 star experience. After sale help from Mr Ahamad was impressive. Thank you.

I had a provisional licence when I started to shop around, rang and spoke to Muhammad earlier on but he couldn't accommodate me for a finance deal because of my status. A couple of months down the line, tried my luck again as they have this Mazda CX5 in amazing condition that I liked, and voila - turned out they have gone through the trouble of partnering with an additional lender to accommodate provisional licence holders, which is a testament to their goal in improving their business and customer service. Got me a financing deal with no problem, it was quick and easy. The entire process was new to me as it was my first time, but instead Muhammad made it a breeze.

The car, most importantly, is in amazing condition. Ahmad was the one who drove and delivered the car. A week after the battery died, likely due to being sat in the garage a long time, plus it was actually time for a replacement since it was a 2017. I got the roadside/home assistance come out and check and it was proven to be a faulty battery as expected; Ahmad kept it contact and gave ready advice, and I got the roadside assistance people replace it. They were happy to pay the bill. Sorted, quick and easy. They did promise to continue with the same level of service even after-sales, proved it straight away, and I'm looking forward to a great relationship with the company, and hopefully in the near future for a 2nd car for my wife.

Do not be fooled by their very light, easy-to-deal-with, accommodating customer service and sales approach. Muhammad and Ahmad are actually the very hands-on shareholders and co-owners of this excellent company, and very humble at that. They didn't tell me about this, Muhammad's confidence was very reassuring that I couldm't resist my curiousity and I was the one who asked. So, rest assured, you can expect no less than topnotch assistance before and after your purchase. 3 months now and no issues with the car, lovin it. Can't recommend them enough.

Happy that we found this dealer! W''ve been looking for a car for over two months having no luck. We did a quick search on Google and found Motoroo with a 2014 Toyota Auris at a reasonable price. Even though we arrived towards closing time, Muhammed still kept the doors open for us to see the car.
Mohammed is a talented dealer; not only did he inform us about the car, show all the docs and give straightforward advice but he also accommodated us during our stay by giving snacks, drinks, and had conversation with us (for three hours on a Sunday!). Very hospitable and made us feel at home. Although the dealership was a bit far from us, it was a smooth process and worth it. The initial phone call was easy and there was no typical sales pitch. They answered all my questions honestly and were very efficient. The purchase process was easy and again efficient. Both the guys were very welcoming and friendly and could not do enough for me. The part exchange was also easy and they gave me exactly what they promised. The car condition was fantastic, better than in the pictures. The made sure the car was fully charged on collection and they wanted to make sure I left happy. I would recommend this small dealership to anyone based on my experience and there is a reason why they have won awards for customer service. They are definitely not your stereotypical car dealership. Next time I or my wife need a change of vehicle, I will be contacting these guys first to see if they can help before going anywhere else.

Car is fantastic and a cheap price, Muhammad was really professional and honest. The air con needed gassing but he knocked money off the car as a gesture of good will as I needed the car right away (he did offer to get this sorted for me before collection but I needed it same day). When I had Aircon gassed it turned out I needed a relay which cost £30 from main dealer, I spoke to Muhammad and he offered to transfer the £30. Fantastic customer service, friendly guy and great cars! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use him again!

Great service. Very friendly. I wasn't rushed and was given space and time to look at the car on my own. I had time to look over the vehicle documents and service receipts without pressure or distraction. I was taken on a decent test drive, allowing for testing the car on a dual carriageway at 50mph. Warranty was included with my purchase. A very nice dealer.
